Daniel Kalczynski, Managing Director at PTS Vermögensverwaltung MFO and Co-Owner, is Founder of Kalczynski Consult and advises financial institutions, multi- and single-family offices and UHNWIs; he also serves on supervisory and advisory boards. He brings 37+ years’ experience in asset and wealth management, including family office structures and entrepreneurial wealth. He spent most of his career at Deutsche Bank, most recently as Head FIM/MFO Wealth Management Europe. He is a trained banker and completed executive programmes at INSEAD.

Dr. Armin Sandhövel, Managing Director at Rhodanus Capital, advises private markets asset managers and institutional investors on strategies on energy transition, sustainable infrastructure, natural capital, and impact investing. With 35+ years’ experience in sustainable finance, private markets, and green transformation, he has led investment and climate strategies over USD 10bn. Previously, he served as CIO Infrastructure Equity at Allianz Global Investors and CEO of Allianz Climate Solutions GmbH, where he developed the Group climate strategy. Earlier roles: act to impact AG and Dresdner Bank. He holds a PhD in Environmental Economics (MA Political Science).

Katja Müller is a Supervisory Board Member and Senior Advisor to Universal Investment Group with 30+ years’ experience in financial and asset management. She specializes in governance, platform strategies and institutional client solutions. Previous roles include Chief Customer Officer at Universal Investment, Global COO Group Tax at Deutsche Bank and Head of Fiduciary Management Platform at Deutsche Asset Management. Her focus has been on fund and platform structures, regulatory operating models and complex investment solutions. Today, she advises European asset managers. She is a trained banker and certified supervisory board member (Steinbeis).

Marine Braud is a Founding Partner at Alameda Sustainability Advisory, advising investors, companies, and public institutions on sustainability, climate, and transformation strategies across policy, regulation, and sustainable finance. She has 10 years of experience in ecological transformation, governance, and international sustainability policy. She previously advised the French government in senior roles, supporting the implementation of the Citizens’ Convention on Climate as Ecology Advisor at Presidential and Prime Minister level and serving as Chief of Staff for Biodiversity. She holds two Master’s degrees in International Cooperation and Political Science.

Martin Nijkamp is the founder of Camponuovo Advisor, advising asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors on growth strategies, partnerships, and platform development. He has 35+ years of international experience in asset and wealth management and strategic business development. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Business Development at First Private Investment Management; previously, he was a member of the Executive Committee at Robeco and the Management Team at NN Investment Partners. He began his career at ING Investment Management and holds a PhD in Economics from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.

Oliver Behrens is CEO of flatexDEGIRO AG and flatexDEGIRO Bank AG, Chairman of the Independent Shareholders’ Representatives on the Supervisory Board of DWS Group, and President of Frankfurt Main Finance. He has more than 30 years of experience in asset management, capital markets, and banking. Previously, he served as CEO of Morgan Stanley Europe Holding SE, Country Head Germany and Austria, and CEO of Morgan Stanley Bank AG. Earlier, he was Deputy CEO of DekaBank and held leadership roles at Deutsche Asset Management and DWS. He began his career at Deutsche Bank. He holds a degree in Business Administration (University of Tübingen).
